Shipping Policy
All shipping is with USPS final delivery to your mailbox. Economy Service is eligible for packages addressed to ONLY the Continental United States. Please Note:
Economy Service transit times can take several days longer than standard UPS Ground Shipping. Please allow up to 10 Business days of transit time for this shipping method.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days* for Priority Mail delivery (some restrictions may apply).
NO WEEKEND DELIVERY! (for any service other than Economy or Priority Mail)
Delivery of premium cigars may require age verification to comply with applicable laws. La Aurora USA, LLC. reserves the right to verify age upon delivery.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves in providing our customers the highest quality Cigars and shipping in a timely manner. Every shipment is inspected for quality and undergoes a series of several spot-checks by our shipping staff for accuracy and quality control.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days* of receipt of your order.
Simply, contact Customer Service by calling 1-888-279-9475; EXT 2, or via email customerservice@laaurora.com and our team of customer service representatives will guide you through our easy return process.
Upon completion of the return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
It is important that you write this number on the outside of the package to ensure accuracy upon receipt of the return. Please take note that returns may take 5 business days from receiving a return to process.
How the return policy works:
Cigars — For cigars by the box or bundles of 20 cigars or more, we allow up to 3 cigars allowance, but the remaining cigars must be returned in order to receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. For cigars by the box or bundles of 19 cigars or less, we allow up to 2 cigars allowance, but the remaining cigars must be returned in order to receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.
All Other Merchandise— Other merchandise (Excluding Cigars), may be returned within 30 days upon receipt of your order for an exchange, credit or refund. Any merchandise returned, in the original packaging with the exception of any damage or defects. Returns may take up to 5 business days from receiving a return to process.
*During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned up to January 31st.
